Refunds
“Refunds are only issued for cakes that are significantly different from what was ordered or are of unacceptable quality. Claims must be made within [24 hours] of pickup/delivery. We require the cake to be returned for inspection. Refunds will not be issued for minor variations in design or color, or for issues arising from improper storage after pickup/delivery.”
